Return Policy (7 Days) – BITCORP
At BITCORP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All original tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

Product damaged during delivery

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Items showing signs of electrical burns, misuse, or improper handling.

Custom-made or special-order products.

Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”.
Return Process

Our support team will verify your request and provide a return authorization and pickup/return address.

Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.The replaced product will be delivered within 7 business days.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after recieving the product shipped .

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
