Return Policy (7 Days) – BITCORP

At BITCORP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Wrong item received

    • Product damaged during delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items showing signs of electrical burns, misuse, or improper handling.

  • Custom-made or special-order products.

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at shreesaleselectricals@gmail.com or call 9799906242 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Our support team will verify your request and provide a return authorization and pickup/return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.The replaced product will be delivered within 7 business days. 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after recieving the product shipped . 

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
